(Time for a pre-dinner round or two of cards …)
Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan/ 200°C/ gas mark 7.
Remove cardboard sleeve & film (using a sharp knife if necessary).
Cook for 60 mins until crisp and golden (add 20 mins if using a conventional or gas oven). Ensure it's piping hot and allow to stand for 3 mins before serving.
