You can change your delivery date 48 hours before your original delivery is due e.g. if your order is expected Tuesday, update your order by 5pm on Sunday. If your order is expected on Friday, update by 5pm Wednesday. Just login to your account and click amend order.
Please note - If this is your first subscription order you cannot amend the first delivery date once your order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact orders@byruby.co.uk

All our boxes are fully insulated, so they’ll keep your food frozen until you’re home. However, we can leave your byRuby box in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re out. Just enter your delivery instructions at the checkout stage on our website and we recommend downloading the DPD app to update this if anything changes.
