Delivery Information

Looking after our customers properly is really important to us, and we’re committed to providing speedy delivery. We’re not big enough to have our own delivery company, so we’ve chosen an independent, third-party delivery service known for its speed and care – however, that does mean we can’t be held responsible for factors out of our control after the food has been picked up from our frozen storage facility.

Delivery cost is for UK mainland*. Our delivery days are TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS. You will have the option to choose your delivery date at checkout. Please note that delivery days may change on weeks when there are bank holidays.

Orders over £50 - FREE
*This excludes Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes AB, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH16-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Unfortunately we cannot send to these postcodes.

Food left in a safe place on delivery is there at the owner’s own risk – if any damages to goods are made at this time we can’t be held accountable.

We’ll do our best to sort the problem for you as quickly as possible.
