Delivery Information


Looking after our customers properly is really important to us, and we’re committed to providing speedy delivery. We’re not big enough to have our own delivery company, so we’ve chosen an independent, third-party delivery service known for its speed and care – however, that does mean we can’t be held responsible for factors out of our control after the food has been picked up from our kitchen.

Delivery cost is for UK mainland*. Our delivery days are TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you’d like to have your food delivered on a Saturday, there will be an extra £16 charge to be paid before dispatch. Please email us if you’d like to change your chosen delivery date.

Food left in a safe place on delivery is there at the owner’s own risk – if any damages to goods are made at this time we can’t be held accountable.



We’re committed to selling only the highest quality food. We’ll do our best to sort the problem for you as quickly as possible.
