Microwave cook
Small - 11 mins | Large - 13 mins
Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Microwave on full power 850W for 6 minutes (small) or 7 minutes (large), jiggle the dish and heat for another 5 minutes (small) or 6 minutes (large)
Oven cook
Small - 40-45 mins | Large - 50-55 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5
Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Cook for 30 minutes (small) or 40 minutes (large)
Take out of the oven and carefully remove film, place back into the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes
