Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Microwave on full power 850W for 6 minutes (small) or 7 minutes (large), jiggle the dish and heat for another 5 minutes (small) or 6 minutes (large)
Oven cook
Small - 45-50 mins | Large - 50-55 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5

Cook for 45-50 minutes (small) or 50-55 minutes (large)
