Cooking times

Microwave cook
Small - 8 mins | Large - 15 mins
Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Microwave on full power 850W for 6 minutes (small) or 8 minutes (large). Carefully remove film and stir the sauce and prawns well, replace the film and heat for a further 2 minutes (small) or 7 minutes (large)
Oven cook
Small - 45-55 mins | Large - 55-65 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5
Remove the cardboard sleeve, & pierce film
Cook for 30 minutes (small) or 40 minutes (large). Carefully remove film and stir well, replace film and cook for a further 15 minutes. If using a gas oven, cook for an extra 10 minutes.
