Main Ingredients

Chicken (29%), Water, Coconut, Green Beans (6%), Onions, Bamboo Shoots (5%), Coriander, Fish Sauce (Anchovies (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Demerara Sugar, Lemongrass, Rapeseed Oil, Green Thai Paste (Green Chillies, Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Galangal, Shrimp (Crustaceans), Makrut Lime Peel, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Pepper, Turmeric), Ginger Purée, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Lime Juice, Basil, Garlic Purée, Lime Leaves, Galangal, Cornflour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Ground Turmeric, White Pepper, Ground Chillies.

Cooking times

  • Microwave Cook
    8 Minutes

    1. Remove cardboard sleeve & pierce film.
    2. Microwave on full power 800W for 5 mins.
    3. Carefully remove film (using a sharp knife if necessary) and stir well. Replace film loosely and heat for a further 3 mins. Ensure it's piping hot and allow to stand for 3 mins before serving.
  • Oven Cook
    40-45 Minutes

    Start that box set you've been recommended

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan/ 200°C/ gas mark 6.
    2. Remove cardboard sleeve & pierce film.
    3. Cook for 25 mins.
    4. Carefully remove film (using a sharp knife if necessary) and stir well. Replace film and cook for a further 15 mins (add 5 mins if using a gas oven). Ensure it's piping hot and allow to stand for 3 mins before serving.
