  • Our delivery days are Tusedays and Fridays.  Orders placed on Friday for Saturday delivery will incur £16 surcharge. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

    If you are out we can leave your byRuby box in a safe place or with a neighbour. Our boxes are insulated and will keep your items frozen till you get home.
