Cook, Freeze, Eat, Repeat - Recipe 1 - Tangfastic Grapes
They’re so delicious, so simple, and a healthy alternative to the household favourite Haribo. You’ve got to give it a go!
Ingredients
- 500g grapes
- 1/2 tsp citric acid
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Method
- Wash the grapes then toss in the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Line a baking tray with paper and pour the grapes onto the paper so they are well spread out.
- Freeze, then decant into a freezer bag.
- Allow to defrost for about 15 minutes until ready to eat.
