I have loved making this deliciously seasonal pie at home for my family and you can now try it and see what your family thinks of it. I use fresh seasonal English asparagus along with petite pois and lots of fresh herbs to make this Spring pie taste fresh and uplifting, I then make a creamy oat milk white sauce and spike it with the juice and zest of a lemon. A taste of true spring, Enjoy for a limited time only!
