Small - 11 mins | Large - 13 mins
Remove the cardboard sleeve & pierce film
Microwave on full power 850W for 7 minutes (double portion) or 6 minutes (single portion), jiggle the dish and heat for another 6 minutes (double portion) or 5 minutes (single portion)
Oven cook
Small - 40-45 mins | Large - 50-55 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5
Remove the cardboard sleeve & pierce film
Cook for time stated above dependant on portion size
