Slightly open the soup container and microwave on full power 850W for 4 minutes
Stir and return the lid to the container, heat for a further 4 minutes
Oven cook
40-45 mins
Defrost in the fridge overnight
Pour into a pan and cook over a low heat, stirring until hot
