Fragrant Sweet Potato soup

“I add lemongrass, ginger and tumeric to give this soup delicious Thai flavours. These marry perfectly with the sweet potato and coconut milk. Silky smooth and moreish.”

Cooking Times 

  Stove Top - Defrost overnight in fridge (12 hours) Then heat on stove top - 6 mins 

  Cook directly from frozen - Microwave cook - 8 mins.

Sweet potato, (55%) Water, (27%) Coconut milk (14%)Ginger fresh (1%)  Lemon grass (0.5%) Lime juice, fresh, Oil rapeseed, Salt, Stock vegetable,  water, onion, carrot juice, tomato, celery, herbs, chicory extract, rapeseed oil. Turmeric, ground, red chilli,  garlic.
