Roasted Tomato & Lentil Soup

“I roast sweet beef tomatoes with lots of herbs to intensify the flavours, i add lots of fresh basil at the end to make this classic soup a wholesome wonder.”

  Stove Top - Defrost overnight in fridge (12 hours) Then heat on stove top - 6 mins 

  Cook directly from frozen - Microwave cook - 8 mins.
