Potatoes, Milk, Cod (7%) (Fish), Salmon (7%) (Fish), Smoked Haddock (6%) (Haddock (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Leeks (4%), Onions, Butter (Milk), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Cheddar Cheese (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Double Cream (Milk), Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Salt, Parsley, Free-Range Egg Yolk, Lemon Zest, Garlic Purée, Thyme, White Pepper.

Cooking times

  • Oven Cook
    50-55 Min

    (that's a podcast and a drink, at least…)

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan/ 190°C/ gas mark 6.
    2. Remove cardboard sleeve and film (using a sharp knife if necessary).
    3. Cook for 50 mins (add 5 mins if using a gas oven). Ensure it's piping hot and golden before serving. Allow to stand for 3 mins before serving.
