Microwave on full power 850W for 6 minutes (single portion) or 7 minutes (large portion), jiggle the dish and heat for another 5 minutes (single) or 6 minutes (double)
Oven cook
Small - 40-45 mins | Large - 50-55 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5

Cook for 40-45 minutes (single portion) or 50-55 minutes (double portion)
