A rich slow cooked spicy harissa tagine packed with roasted vegetables. Finished with fresh mint, coriander, roasted cashew nuts and preserved lemon, this tagine really packs a punch. Works perfectly with cous cous or my mixed rice side.  

Cooking Times 

*Best cooked from frozen* 

  Oven cook - 40-45 mins 

  Microwave cook - 8 mins.
