Microwave cook
Small - 7 mins | Large - 8 mins
Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Microwave on full power 850W for 4 minutes, jiggle the dish and heat for another 4 minutes
Oven cook
Small - 30-35 mins | Large - 35-40 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5
Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film
Cook for 35-40 minutes
