Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5
Remove the turkey from packaging and place in a roasting tray
Serves 4: Roast uncovered for 1 hour in the centre of the oven. After an hour, insert a skewer into the centre of the meat and ensure that juices are running clear. If the juices are not clear, return to oven for further 15 minutes and check again. Repeat if necessary.
